Food Lion has issued a recall for certain in-store prepared ground beef varieties from its store at 2211 N. New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC. The recall is due to potential traces of foreign material in the products. Only ground beef prepared at this location on March 1, 2025, after 1 p.m., with a sell-by date of March 3, 2025, is affected.
Customers who have purchased the recalled ground beef are advised not to consume it. They can return the product to the same Food Lion store for a refund double the purchase price as per Food Lion's "Double Your Money Back Guarantee."
