In observance of Christmas, Rowan County Administrative Offices will be closed:

The Environmental Management office and Processing Center in East Spencer will be closed December 23-27, 2022, following the County holiday schedule.
All Recycling Centers will be closed December 23-24, 2022, and will reopen on December 26, 2022.
The Landfill will be closed on Saturday, December 24, 2022, only.
