TOWN OF CHINA GROVE: Proposed 2020-2021 Budget

Town of China Grove recently issued the following announcement.

Notice of Public Hearing

Town of China Grove Municipal Building

Town Council

333 N. Main Street

China Grove, North Carolina 28023

 June 2, 2020                                     6:00 PM

 Notice is hereby given in accordance with the requirements of G.S. 159-12 that the proposed Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Budget was presented to the China Grove Town Council. A copy of this budget has been placed on file with the Town Clerk, and is available online. If a citizen wishes to come to Town Hall to view the budget contact the Town Clerk at 704-857-2466 ahead of time to schedule a time to review the budget. 

 A Public Hearing will be held on the proposed FY 2020-2021 Budget and Fee Schedule in the Town Council Meeting Room located at 333 North Main Street at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.

 All interested persons are invited to attend the Public Hearing to present their comments to the Council. Please be advised that due to the uncertainty regarding future restrictions on mass gathering events, there will be limited seating available at this hearing for the public. Therefore, citizen comments or questions regarding the proposed FY 2020-2021 Budget may be submitted to the Town Clerk at 333 North Main Street, China Grove, NC 28023 or via email at pmills@chinagrovenc.gov. Any citizen comments received prior to the hearing will be acknowledged with a response and submitted for the record during the public hearing.
