On Friday, March 28, former West Rowan High School standout Brooke Kennerly’s current college team, the Appalachian State Mountaineers, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the James Madison Dukes.

The game took place at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park. This was their first matchup against the Dukes this season.

The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 6 p.m. at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park against James Madison Dukes.
