Rowan County has been working with Aviation Management Consulting Group (AMCG) to update the Rules and Regulations as well as General Aviation Minimum Standards for Mid-Carolina Regional Airport. It is now time for the Stakeholder Review and Comment period. These documents are designed to (1) facilitate the orderly development of the Airport, (2) encourage the provision of quality products, services, and facilities, (3) protect the health, safety, interest, and general welfare of the public, and (4) reduce the potential for conflict with tenants, consumers, and users.
The draft documents will be available for stakeholder review and comment beginning Monday – November 28, 2022 until Friday – December 23, 2022.
The County has established the following mechanisms to facilitate the review and comment process:
- The draft documents are available at www.aviationmanagement.com/mid-carolina-pmcds-download.
- To submit comments, utilize the below links for each document. It is very important to be specific when submitting comments and to outline the basis or reason for a requested change.
