The Rowan County Board of Commissioners had the pleasure of beginning afternoon's meeting with a presentation from Christian Stebe about his experiences in Rowan County 4-H Program. Stebe has been selected by NC 4-H to represent #rowancountync at the Youth Voice Summit in conjunction with the NCACC Annual Conference in August.
