Rowan County issued the following announcement on Feb. 24.
"Serving on Juvenile Crime Prevention Council allows us the opportunity to partner with other community stakeholders and allocate funding in a way that ensures a variety of programmatic interventions exist for at risk youth in Rowan County. I enjoy being a part of the process that evaluates the needs of youth in Rowan County and allocates funding to programs that can address those needs. Regularly hearing success stories about the great work that is going on in our community from our JCPC funded programs is probably one of the best parts about serving on JCPC." - Member Josh Stutts.
