Rowan County issued the following announcement on Feb. 11.
Rowan County is requesting proposals for Solid Waste Collection System with multiple locations around Rowan County that includes varying containers spelled out in the Scope of Work. Proposals will be accepted until March 8, 2022 at 3:00 pm ET.
