The Town of Granite Quarry rocks! As the fastest-growing municipality in Rowan County this past year, the Town is seeking a motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and communication skills to join our team as Town Planner.
This is an exceptional opportunity where your work will range from zoning administration to long-range planning. Responsibilities include developing the Town’s planning, zoning, code enforcement, and overall community improvement programs by coordinating efforts between departments, other agencies, and various boards and groups. An ideal candidate will have proven success in municipal planning, community development, and/or public or policy administration.
