The mission of the Salisbury-Rowan Human Relations Council is to create an environment of hospitality, inclusiveness, acceptance and appreciation of the diversity of all people. The Human Relations Council membership is appointed by the City Council and the Human Relations Council.
Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Human Resources Training Room at the City Office Building, 132 North Main St. Salisbury, NC 28144.
