The China Grove Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 12th, 2021 at 7:00 PM and Thursday October 14th, 2021 online via Zoom Meeting to consider the following request:
2021-SP-01; China Grove Industrial - Lin Leslie, on behalf of SL China Grove LLC, is requesting major site plan approval for industrial development along the 400 Block of E NC 152 HWY, further referenced as Rowan County tax parcels: 124 037, 124 03701, 125A032, 125A075, 125 0010001, 125 071, 125 101
