Rowan Public Library recently issued the following announcement.
0Date: Tuesday, October 5, 4—5 pm (RPL Headquarters)
Deconstruct old toys and reassemble them into creepy creations! Toys, sewing supplies, hot glue, and other craft materials will be provided. This program is designed for teens ages 11-17 (grades 6th-12th).
