You are invited to join us and learn more about Fostering in Rowan County. No need to RSVP, but if you would like more information prior to the meeting you may email fostering@rowancountync.gov or call 980.429.HOME us anytime. All prospective foster parents must view a brief orientation video. Print/download/screenshot the training certificate at the end of the video to be submitted with your fostering application.
