Rowan-Salisbury Schools issued the following announcement on Sept. 17.
Did you know that China Grove Elementary School is an A+ (arts integrated) school?
Their students learn using the arts to learn other content areas such as reading, math, science and social studies, allowing them s to be creative, use higher order thinking skills, and demonstrate their learning through multiple intelligences and products.
"The best part about being an A+ School is that our students and staff continue to think differently in order to create unique learning experiences," says Principal Lea Anne Thomas.
