Details: Cardio MixFit is a high energy class that combines HIIT moves with dance and is set to today's music with some throwbacks. Modifications are shown so that no matter where you are in your fitness journey you can feel comfortable and move how your body needs to. We always dance in the lowest light setting possible. This takes away the anxiety that is associated with fitness classes. Bring your yoga mat, light dumbbells, and water and be prepared to have some fun!
