Rowan Public Library recently issued the following announcement.

This RPL-staffed program is designed for children ages 10 and under. In-person storytimes begin at 10:30 am and last approximately 30 minutes. Storytimes will be held outside; in the case of inclement weather, programs will move inside. A responsible caretaker (16+) must accompany children 8 and under.
