Cleveland County recently issued the following announcement.
Electronic billing update
New beginning March 16, 2020. The Town is going back to the previous E-Bill vendor that was used most of 2019. You will be able to view your bill on-line using the link/tab “View eBills“. You will need to register first on the eCommerce site. Many of you had registered previously and would be able to use your existing User ID and password. This link will not allow payments. On-line payments are made using the “Online Bill Pay” tab with a separate vendor.
