On Saturday, March 1, former South Rowan High School standout Jackson Deal’s current college team, the Methodist Monarchs, won 10-9 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Wheaton Lyons.

The game took place at Armstrong-Shelley Field. This was their second matchup against the Lyons this season.

The Monarchs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 4 p.m. at Armstrong-Shelley Field against Wheaton Lyons.
