On Thursday, May 15, former East Rowan High School standout Logan Dyer’s current collegiate team the Catawba Indians won 9-8 against the Lander Bearcats in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Newman Park at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Lander Bearcats in the tournament.

The Catawba Indians’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 7 p.m. at Newman Park.
