On Thursday, May 22, former Jesse C. Carson High School standout Dylan Driver’s current collegiate team the Catawba Indians won 7-3 against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Newman Park at 6 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears in the tournament.

The Catawba Indians’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 6 p.m. at Newman Park.
