On Saturday, April 5, former Jesse C. Carson High School standout Abbey Nixon’s current college team, the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears, won 9-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Limestone Saints.

The game took place at Jimmy Martin Field. This was their first matchup against the Saints this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 3 p.m. at Jimmy Martin Field against Limestone Saints.
