Food Lion has issued a recall for four varieties of in-store prepared ground beef sold at its Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, location. The store, located at 1201 Julian R Allsbrook Hwy, reported that the affected products may contain traces of foreign material. Only ground beef produced on July 27, 2025, with a Sell By Date of July 29, 2025, is included in this recall.
According to Food Lion, there have been no complaints or reports of illness related to the recalled products. Customers who purchased these items are advised not to consume them and can return the product for a refund equal to double the purchase price as part of Food Lion’s “Double Your Money Back Guarantee.”
