On Saturday, March 22, former East Rowan High School standout Jake Hunter’s current college team, the East Carolina Pirates, won 3-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Memphis Tigers.

The game took place at Clark–LeClair Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 11 a.m. at Clark–LeClair Stadium against Memphis Tigers.
