On Sunday, March 9, former East Rowan High School standout Jake Hunter’s current college team, the East Carolina Pirates, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

The game took place at Clark–LeClair Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Chanticleers this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 6 p.m. at The Diamond against VCU Rams.
