Salisbury-Rowan Utilities customers: You may have received a reminder in your corrected January 2023 bill of a ‘disconnection notice.’ Please ignore this notice, as well as the “Due Date” of January 10th on your new bill.
If you made a payment in January with the December bill amount, the difference will appear on your February bill.
As a reminder, due to the duplicate December 2022 bill, late penalties for the month of January have been waived for all customers.
Finally, please disregard any disconnection notices if you made a payment in November and December.
