A message for Salisbury-Rowan Utilities customers:

Customers who received their utility bills through U.S. mail will receive a second, corrected bill for January 2023 after a billing error sent a duplicate of the December 2022 bill. Please note the following details:

Late penalties for the month of January will be waived for all customers.

Customers who paid in full (online or in the office) before receiving the January bill, your account is up to date, until the February bill.

Customers who paid the December bill a second time are encouraged to check their January bill and compare.  Any remaining balance or overpayment will be reported on the February bill.

Customers who are set up with automatic payments, only the current January balance will be drafted.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
